One of our lead designers will come visit with you and your site in person. During this meeting our designer will listen to your vision, draft concept sketches, discuss your budget, and create an initial estimate. The length and the cost of the site visit will depend on your location and the travel time to get there.
Our designers listen to your vision and overlay it with the trees, topography, and other elements of your land to create an enchanted design that will bring you years of enjoyment. We will work with you to ensure your goals are embedded in all aspects of the design and that it can be built within your budget. This is an active period of discussion between our team and you so that the end result is magic.
Based on our designs, we will create an estimate for your project. At Artistree Home, we are committed to working with you and your specific budget to bring your vision to life.
Construction projects require a lot of coordination; however, our well-oiled process makes the journey smooth and efficient. Once the design is finalized, we will begin permitting (by request), acquiring materials, completing any pre-fabrication, and scheduling our construction timeline and team.
Installation happens in a series of well-calculated steps, beginning with site prep and building the foundation. Your vision and our design then comes to life like a puzzle; the rough frame and roofing are erected, electrical and plumbing are laid, the exterior cladding goes up, and so on until the final touches of cabinetry and custom furniture round out your space. The last piece of the puzzle is for you to sit back and relax in your newly finished treehouse.
