What we collect

When you contact us through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the details you give us about your project. Our contact form is operated by Buildertrend and protected by Google reCAPTCHA; your submission is stored in Buildertrend’s system as well as reaching us by email.

If you sign up for a brochure or email updates, we collect your first name and email address through Mailchimp. Signing up subscribes you straight away. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

When you visit the site, we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, approximate location, and which pages you view. This is done through Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies on your device when you arrive. We do not ask you to opt in first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out add-on.

This site is hosted by Netlify and uses Adobe Fonts, both of which receive standard request information including your IP address.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to send you what you asked for, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and where the law requires.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through our contact page — we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
